The vanilla and clove blend together so warmly, it really does smell like a pastry shop on a cool morning. I lit it in my kitchen and the cardamom note fills the room without being overpowering. Burned evenly for about three weeks, which felt fair for the size.
I'm not usually one for clove in candles, but the orange blossom balances it perfectly. The vanilla and incense base notes really linger long after I've blown it out.
I was a bit skeptical about the cardamom and clove combo, but the scent is surprisingly balanced and not at all overpowering. The vanilla comes through beautifully as it burns, filling my kitchen with a warm, cozy aroma that makes me feel like I’m in a real Italian bakery.
